Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions From Our Clients

My pet is fearful – how can I make their visit less stressful?

Going to the doctor can be stressful, especially if your pet is nervous or has trouble around new people or pets. We would love to help make your visit as stress free as possible. We may recommend anxiety medications or sedatives your pet can take prior to coming. If your pet doesn’t do well around others, we can try to schedule you during some of our quieter times such as early afternoon. Some pets do better waiting in your vehicle until their appointment, entering a room right away, or coming in through our back door instead of our lobby. Please let us know any concerns you have about your pet’s stress level when scheduling and our staff will be happy to help make arrangements for you.
